By engaging in services with me, you are agreeing to ALL terms of service in this notecard, as well as Linden Labs TOS and all applicable laws and statutes. I am not responsible for ensuring that you have abided by these TOS, as that is not easily plausible - and by accepting my services, you are telling me that you agree with all of the below.
 

☠ You must be 18 or older IN REAL LIFE to utilize my services. If you pay for services, you are accepting and acknowledging that you are of legal age.

☠ If I suspect you are underage or you give me a reason to believe you are underage, I may leave the interaction immediately.

☠ If you desire custom dress or items, be it RL or SL, these will be in addition to any services you order and will be purchased via Amazon for RL items and Second Life Marketplace for SL items.

☠ By hiring me you are agreeing to my TOS, the club's TOS, Second Life's TOS, and all laws in your area.

☠ If I am unable to meet your requests, I will refer you to someone who is able to.

☠ Do not pressure or coerce me into offering services I have declined - If you send funds even after being told no, this will be taken as a gift.

☠ Stalking, Harassment, Aggressive language outside of the appropriate scene, threats of blackmail, and otherwise will have you reported to Linden Labs and any local or regional authorities as is needed.

☠ All payments must be made in Linden Dollars. I do not take CashApp, Venmo, BitCoin or other forms of payment.

☠ All payments to me should be made through the appropriate tip jar at Halcyon whenever possible.

☠ Please confirm services with me prior to sending payment to ensure availability for needed sessions.

☠ Payments are required in immediate advance (right before the rendering of the service), no ifs, ands, or cute butts!

☠ Please do not pre-pay for services far in advance (this does not include custom orders).

☠ Your services cannot be 'broken up' into multiple sessions. If you pay for an hour, that hour must be utilized in one sitting. If you are done with my services early, there will not be a refund for unused time.

☠ My Safeword is PAUSE and if I utilize this safeword, please stop the scene immediately. If you do not respect it, I will leave.

☠ No freebies or samples -- this isn't Sam's Club. No IOUs, no trial periods.

☠ Do not record, sell, share, or distribute my services for any reason.

☠ Do not allow anyone under-age to have any first or second-hand access to my services.

☠ If one of us crashes, there will be a ten minute waiting period. If this is not enough time, we can reschedule to get your time.

☠ If you do not get back into contact with me, I will assume our session is done.

☠ No refunds or discounts at any time for any client outside of any company guidelines that may be established.

☠ All custom materials have a five-business-day fulfillment period. They will generally be done MUCH sooner than this, but I request this period in case of the unexpected - internet outages, emergencies, etc.

☠ Absolutely NO redistribution of any of my materials (audio, video, photo, or personally ordered writing) is allowed at any given time. If I feel that you are recording or redistributing, I have a right to end the session, decline you future services, and report to the proper authorities.
